It's being orbited by Paratroopas and there's no safety net below, so time your jumps very carefully. When you leave that area, immediately to your right is the third Star Coin. It will shoot you into the second Star Coin. The third jump should take you into the pipe but it may take a few attempts to reach it. Once inside, hit the ?-Block for a Super Star and jump into the green pipe with the arrow signs next to it. If you're struggling with this, try to time it so you're making three jumps between two Paratroopas as they're close to the middle. Using the Paratroopas as platforms, make your way up the middle to a mini pipe at the very top. When you stand in the middle of the bottom platform, a series of coins will appear, forming a long arrow pointing upward. Immediately after that, you'll see two groups of Paratroopas flying in circles. Past the checkpoint there is a ?-Block that turn you into Mini Mario.
